The cold storage panels are consisted by an inner metal plate, an outer metal plate, and an intermediate polyurethane insulation layer.
Horizontal and Vertical Operation Methods:
1. Using waterproof film and SBS padding.
2. Galvanized L or U-shaped positioning (fixed with expansion bolts).
3. Sealant substrate.
4. Pre installed board seam sealant (double-sided groove sealant+polyurethane spray in the middle).
5. Vertical wall panel.
6. More than 6 meters require the installation of wall purlins, C-shaped steel, and quick mushroom nails.
Suspended ceiling panel operation method:
1. Determine the length and lifting direction of the ceiling panel based on the main beam of the building structure. (The joint of the ceiling panel is parallel to the main beam of the building)
2. Pre installed suspension beam structural components, 6 # channel steel and fixture suspension beam, suspended M12 lifting screw, connected to C-typeSteel keel.
3. Lift the insulation top plate.
4. Adjust the length of the lifting screw.
5. The main joint is sprayed with polyurethane foam, the PVC sleeve is foamed to break the cold bridge, and the color steel folding piece is trimmed.
